The pair also vowed not to forgive the young lady, but after so much pressure, Edochie dropped a video saying that she had forgiven the comedienne. Nigeria’s National Assembly has paid out a total N6.6billion for purchase of exotic cars for its members, PREMIUM TIMES and UDEME can authoritatively report today. Official documents obtained by this newspaper showed that the purchases were made by the three arms of the federal parliament—the Senate, the House of Representatives and the management unit of the lawmaking arm. Records show that the Senate is the biggest spender, purchasing a total N3.2billion worth of cars from 10 different contractors. The lower chamber followed closely, acquiring N3billion worth of exotic cars in 17 deals. The management of the National Assembly wrapped up the car procurement extravaganza, taking delivery of N430million worth of cars using five different dealers. The contractors who supplied the exotic cars to the Senate include Lanre Shittu Motors (N900million), Mushin Motors (N152million), Sunstar Integrated Services Limited (N136.4million), Assamad Procurement & Services Limited (N401.2milli

​ Germany’s biggest lender Deutsche Bank on Friday admitted to a massive erroneous transfer of €28bn ($34 billion) in a routine operation, more than the entire bank is worth. The unprecedented mistake happened on March 16 when Deutsche Bank carried out a transfer to an account at Deutsche Boerse’s Eurex clearing house, a spokesman told AFP. The operation was meant to involve a far smaller sum, which the bank has not revealed, and highlights IT and control issues at the banking giant. Accounting errors happen most days, but the sum involved in this case is highly unusual and even exceeds Deutsche’s market capitalisation of 24 billion euros. The incident, which came shortly before John Cryan was ousted as chief executive, was quickly fixed and no harm was done, the institution said. John Charles, Makurdi Suspected Fulani herdsmen between Friday and early hours of  Saturday invaded six communities in Saghev council ward of Guma Local Government Area of Benue State where ten persons have been reportedly  killed. The communities attacked, according to locals who spoke to our correspondent through the telephone include; Tse Abi, Tse Ginde, Tse Peviv, Tse Ikyo, Agenke and Gbenke. The locals who did not want to be mentioned said that the attack on the area started late on Friday and extended till the early hours of Saturday. The suspected herdsmen were said to have stormed the villages in military uniforms shooting indiscrinately and setting houses ablaze. One of the locals said, “This is the second time since yesterday (Friday)  these herdsmen would be attacking these villages, as I am talking to you ten dead bodies have been recovered.’ “As am talking to you, (around 2.04pm), gunshots still rent the air, while several houses have been burnt down.” The attack is

The latest report now is that the label owner has been arrested over threats to the life of Runtown. According to  LIB , Prince Okwudili Umenyiora was arrested this evening by the Police from Force CID, Alagbon, at the gym and taken to the station. He was arrested for threatening to kill Runtown with a gun. According to the report, the label owner and boss of Dilly Motors has been charged with attempted murder. He was taken to Alagbon Police station where he wrote a statement regarding the allegation leveled against his person. He has since been released to return home after satisfying the conditions set by the police. The video showing the police arrest him at the gym, has surfaced on the internet and it has gained a fair amount of traction mostly from fans who have followed the story of the battle between the businessman and Runtown.
