We’d rather waste farm produce instead of transport them to the south – northern traders union
It seems that the southern part of Nigeria is in for the scarcity of some food crops.
This is as northern traders have vowed never to transport farm produce to the region while, as they claim, their members are being killed regularly.
The traders have even said they will not be bothered if the crops go to waste over the issue.
