How to Stop Being a 1-Minute Man and LAST Up to 50 Minutes or More In Bed With Any Woman!

In this article, I want to share with you ONE of the special techniques that I learnt from Porn Stars (Yes! I mean that) that might help you last up to 50 minutes longer in bed.
I have shared this with a lot of men and it has worked all the time except for people who have a medical related problem.
While this is just one out of the many last longer techniques that I teach, there are other things that you can do to become powerful in bed and you will get all of that later on.
This technique is known as Military Breathing and this is how it works:


MILITARY BREATHING
There is nothing to hide here. I learnt this technique from adult movie stars. The average man does not use it – which is why they can’t control themselves during sex.

How do you breathe when you are having sex?

If you are like most men, you breathe in a shallow way. Here is what I mean by shallow – you do not take in enough oxygen.

When you are having sex, your body needs a lot of oxygen to maintain your body and less oxygen in the blood means your heart rate will increase just to try and get more blood (blood contains oxygen) to your organs.

As you may have known, a high heart rate is not good for ejaculation control. What you have to do is to start taking deep breaths (I will show you how to do that in a minute).

This begins to relax your whole body. Your heart rate begins to slow and your arousal levels begin to come under control.

You are likely not going to get this the first or second time you try it which is why you have to practice it and get used to this unique way of breathing before having sex.

So how exactly do you breathe using this military style of breathing?

I call it military style because this style of breathing is what smart military guys use to endure the hard, rigorous trainings that they put them through in camp.

This type of breathing helps you to get as much air into your lungs as possible and gives them a chance to absorb the oxygen from the air as well.

There are 2 ways to do this and here they are:

Number 1 - Using your diaphragm - The first one is by expanding your chest as much as possible. The second way is by lowering your diaphragm to pull air into the lungs.

If you don’t know how to breathe with your diaphragm then try this…

Take a deep breath, but keep your chest expanded at the same level that it is without air in it and expand only your stomach.
Expanding your stomach is the same process as pulling the diaphragm downwards. As the diaphragms pulls downwards it draws air into your lungs.


Number 2 – I like this second method better. This second way of breathing is much more effective than the first at getting as much air as possible into your lungs and is the way I suggest you should use when deep breathing during sex.

It is simple.

Inhale through your nose, pause for some seconds and exhale through your mouth.

This method is great for building up a powerful rhythm of breathing and is also proven to help you relax more than any other way of breathing.

With more air in your lungs you will have more oxygen in your body. This will help to relax you and also cause your heart rate to fall.

Now of course, reading about this in a book is actually different from doing it. I won’t lie about that.

How?

Practice before hand. For instance – start now as you are reading this.

Try this NOW: Inhale deep with your nose, hold for some seconds, and then slowly exhale through your mouth.

Repeat that again.

Now, try to practice that style of breathing as many times as possible within the next 72 hours.

If you find yourself having sex and have forgotten about your breathing then don’t worry.

The best thing you can do as soon as you become conscious of your breathing is to slow down or stop the thrusting and follow the breathing method I described above.

What you will find when you do this is that your body reacts to the deeper breathing by relaxing. When your body is relaxed your levels of arousal will also fall slightly, therefore bringing them back under control.
