Why did Pilate ordered for Jesus to be flogged since He would still be killed? Historians tell us that he was a puzzling combination of stubbornness and pliability. He could be influenced by others (as by the crowd in this case), but at the same time he could insist on having his own way in various particulars. For example, when the chief priests wanted Pilate to change the sign above Jesus’ cross to read “This man said, ‘I am the king of the Jews,‘” Pilate responded stubbornly, “What I have written, I have written,” that is, “I’m not going to change the current sign that reads, ‘Jesus of Nazareth, the king of the Jews.’” So it may be the case that Pilate, having offered flogging instead of crucifixion, but then having given in to the crowd’s demand for crucifixion, nevertheless stubbornly insisted on “doing it his way” by flogging Jesus first. Air Danshin’s system uses compressed air to lift a house off the ground avoiding structural damage caused by disasters like earthquakes. The house doesn’t look different from other homes. Except there’s an additional foundation underneath, a sensor, and an air compressor.  The sensor monitors for seismic activity and tremors. Once detected, the sensor will send a signal to an air compressor outside the house, which will flow compressed air between an installed earthquake-proof foundation and the base of the house.  Within a few seconds, Air Danshin says, the house will rise off the ground up to 1.2 inches, until the tremors have stopped. To maintain a healthy(stagnant) battery after your screen-light turns off, make sure auto-sync is turned off. If you turn it off you won’t be able to automatically synchronize/back-up your data online which run on background most times but will save alot of battery. Because auto-sync still runs on background after screen-lock, you will still get a background battery discharge. But if you save a contact while auto-sync is turned ofc you lose the chance of automatically backing it up online.
