Presidential candidate of the APC, Gen Buhari says those who are aggrieved about his certificate and the issues surrounding it should go to court and remain there. He said this while speaking with some journalists after members of the Peoples Democratic Movement, PDM came to show their solidarity in the forthcoming election. He said that INEC said it has received his document and that anyone who has a contrary view to this is free to head to the court

The campaign billboards of two Nigerian presidential candidates erected in Ghana’s capital, Accra have been pulled down following an order by the country’s (Ghana) national security agency,  Punch  reports The billboards of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party featuring President Goodluck Jonathan, as well as those of the main opposition All Progressives Congress of Muhammadu Buhari, located on Accra roads, were pulled down over the weekend by the Accra Metropolitan Assembly.

A legal practitioner, Mr. Chukwunweike Okafor, yesterday Monday, approached the Federal High Court in Abuja with an application seeking a declaration that the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), lacked the educational qualification to stand for the February 14 presidential election. The originating summons marked FHC/ABJ/CS/01/2015, according to  PUNCH , has Buhari, APC and the Independent National Electoral Commission as the first, second and third defendants  respectively.

90 Year Old Woman Reportedly Donates Life Savings of N1M to Support Buhari

A Twitter user, @MusadiqZ posted this photo of the woman, and claims she has donated her life savings of one million Naira to ensure that Muhammadu Buhari wins the presidential election. The report has not been confirmed yet until an official statement from Buhari’s campaign team is released.

His verdict is that no matter who becomes president, neither Jonathan nor Buhari will keep promises made, as both candidates have not given Nigerians a candid explanation of what exactly it will take to implement the reforms promised. Members of the European Union election monitoring team met with the presidential candidate of the APC, Gen. Buhari earlier today, over next month's general election. The members, led by Mr Santiago, said 90 members of their team are expected in Nigeria during the elections. The team however stated that because of the security challenges in the north, they will not be heading there for any monitoring exercise.

Sammie Okposo Apologizes For Saying Buhari Should Be Flogged Over Certificate Controversy

Yesterday, award winning gospel singer, Sammie Okposo reposted a negative report about Buhari's recently released statement of result on his Instagram page. Okposo slammed the 72 year old APC presidential candidate Gen. Buhari saying he had forged the certificate and needs to be flogged. At first he said those not happy with his remarks "to go and hug transformer".
