In the past few weeks, armed men have targeted police stations and checkpoints in what security experts say is a coordinated attack targeted at the Nigeria Police Force. According to the report, since the beginning of 2021, there had been bloodbaths in most of the southeast states and there appears to be no solution in sight. Suspected bandits strike again, kill Miyetti Allah leaders in Nasarawa The report revealed that following the attacks on the police at the checkpoint, policemen now go to work wearing mufti and only dress in their official uniforms when they get to their offices. https://www.instagram.com/p/CNN1YjFlsbT/?igshid=mt5q2q3lflnc • Support Paul Ikpe Blog PIB By Sharing, Liking & Commenting

Train filled with 408 passengers, some even standing crashes killing 48 people, injuring many At least 48 people have been killed and dozens more injured after a train carrying nearly 500 crashed and then derailed in a tunnel in Taiwan. The eight-carriage train reportedly hit a construction vehicle that had slipped onto the tracks at the tunnel’s mouth. Rescuers combed badly damaged carriages inside the tunnel to find survivors, some of whom smashed windows to flee. The train, from the capital Taipei to Taitung, was carrying people travelling for a long-weekend annual holiday. Many people may have been standing because the train was so full. The 408 train is one of the fastest deployed on a network that is generally considered safe. It can reach speeds of 130km/h (80mph). Image
PSG player who was accidentally given wrong injection still in coma after 40 years Jean-Pierre Adams walked himself into the hospital on March 17, 1982 to undergo surgery on the knee injury he had suffered. About four decades later, he has been in coma as a result of the unsuccessful operation he underwent when he was 34-years-old. The player is still in a coma to this day, aged 73. In some ways, Adams’ state is similar to the famous Vincent Lambert case. Lambert was a nurse who got involved in a fatal road accident in 2008. After a decade of fighting between two opposite sides of his family on whether he should be kept alive or euthanised, he was finally allowed to die from starvation in 2019. But Bernadette Adam’s wife, is romantically adamant to killing her husband through euthanasia and will not give up on him. https://www.instagram.com/p/CM92-cMlObQ/?igshid=1gmgh0o3rfrza • Support Paul Ikpe Blog PIB By Sharing, Liking & Commenting
